Claims and Returns:
Custom Ornamental Iron Works will replace products to the same point of delivery or, at our option, will allow credit for the purchase price of such material if and to the extent that:
- Material is defective or not to agreed specifications,
And, you have notified us within 10 days after the pickup or delivery has been made,
And, Custom Ornamental Iron Works has been given the opportunity to inspect the material.
- Material quantities received differ from accompanied Packing Slip or Invoice quantities,
And, you have notified us within 7 Business days after the pickup or delivery has been made.
