Ornamental Iron Works will not under any circumstance be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages of any nature due to shipping. Damaged shipments must be signed on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order to file a claim. Damaged shipment claims must be filed with the carrier.
Ornamental Iron Works will not be responsible for any delays or failure to make shipment or delivery of all or any of our products that are beyond our control.Any Residential Delivery, Lift gate Service and/or Call for Appointment may require additional charges.
